Hi, I’m Holly!

I’ve been a professional graphic designer for over two decades, but I’ve always loved creating artwork that uplifts, inspires, and brings joy. I started this shop to share designs that celebrate everyday life with a touch of wit.

The name Sweet Dottie comes from one of my rescue dogs, Dottie, who had the gentlest spirit. Today, I’m dog mom to Della, my rescue Chug (chihuahua/pug mix), who often keeps me company while I work — and she even inspires some of my artwork.

My collections focus on the things I love most: pets, plants, humor, and embracing aging with confidence. Each design is fun and lighthearted, yet also thoughtful, stylish, and a little sophisticated.

Before opening this shop, I spent 10 years in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, where I also made pottery and sold it in a local boutique. That experience taught me the joy of creating pieces people connect with — a joy I now pour into Sweet Dottie Designs. These days, I live in the Sonoran Desert, soaking up sunshine, swimming pools, and plenty of pickleball. (Hmmm… a new product line might be brewing!)
